What are your hours?
We operate 7 days per week, from 8:00am to 6:00pm. If we do not answer your call, we’re probably out on the water – so leave a message and we’ll get right back to you.
Where is your shop located?
Sammy’s Aloha Watersports is a mobile business, so we have no store front. For your lesson, we will meet you at our set beach location, ready to hit the ocean!
Will I be provided with all of the equipment I need for my lesson?
Absolutely. We will have all of the equipment and safety gear ready for you at the time of your lesson.
What should I bring with me?
We recommend that clients bring swimwear (board shorts/rashguard suggested), sunblock, sunglasses, water, and anything else that will make you comfortable for an active day at the beach.
Who will my instructor be?
You will work with either our owner, Sammy, or another member of our team, all of whom are experienced and capable watermen and women.
Are you child-friendly?
Yes, we love working with kids. Please contact us with any questions about minimum age restrictions, as they vary from sport to sport.
Do I need to know how to swim to take lessons or rent equipment?
Yes, for your safety, we require that all clients know how to swim, regardless of the water activity you choose.
Do I need to prepay for my activity?
Yes, all activities must be prepaid, as we cannot accept payment on the beach.
May I purchase a gift certificate?
Definitely! We offer gift certificates in all denominations and for any type of lesson, and they can be delivered electronically or via mail. Contact us by email or phone to purchase yours today.
What is your refund policy?
You will receive a full refund for all lessons cancelled prior to 24 hours of the lesson start time. No refund is provided for lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice. In the event we must cancel your lesson due to weather conditions, you will receive a full refund for any hours not completed.
